Refund And Cancellation Policy

At Citizen AC Repair and Services, we follow a transparent refund and cancellation policy.

1. Free Cancellation

You can cancel your booking within 1 hour of service request without any charges.

2. After 1 Hour Cancellation

If cancellation is made after 1 hour or technician is already assigned or on the way, ₹249 visiting charge will be applicable.

3. Technician Visit

If the technician visits your home, office, or shop and service is not taken, visiting charges must be paid.

4. Refund Policy

– Visiting charges are non-refundable once technician is assigned.

– No refund after service completion.

– If advance payment is taken and service is not delivered due to our fault, refund will be processed within 2–5 working days.

5. Spare Parts

No refund on spare parts once installed. Replacement will be provided only if under warranty.
