Terms and Conditions

Service Scope: Covers AC repair, installation, maintenance, gas refilling, AMC services, and routine servicing including cleaning, performance check, and minor repairs.

Service Charges: A fixed visiting charge of ₹249 is applicable for inspection and diagnosis. Prices are fixed unless additional work is required and approved by the customer.

Payment Terms: Final repair cost will be informed after inspection. Full payment is due upon completion of service.

Service Timing: Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellation: Customers can cancel within 1 hour of booking without charge. After that or once a technician is assigned/visited, visiting charges will apply. For scheduled services, at least 24-hour notice is required.

Warranty: Service warranty is valid for 15 days from the service date for issues related to the service performed. Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, or electrical faults.

Exclusions: Compressor, PCB, and gas refilling are not included unless specified in advance.

Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide correct address and contact details and ensure proper access to the AC unit during service.

Liability: Service provider is not liable for any pre-existing damages or faults.

Agreement: Proceeding with service implies acceptance of these terms.

Citizen AC Repair and Services provides routine AC servicing including cleaning, performance checks, and minor repairs. All charges are fixed unless extra work is approved by the customer.
